Members of the Red Hook Police Department stopped Kingston resident Neshon Jowers on Route 9G shortly after 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24 when he committed a vehicle violation in the area.
During the traffic stop, police said that they found Jowers, 37, to be in possession of 34 bags of heroin, eight bags of crack cocaine and four bags of cocaine powder.
Jowers was arrested and charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, all felonies. Following his arraignment, Jowers was remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail.
